Prism is just making its way into the Phoenix area. So I inquired about pricing since I have CL DSL and telephone. A bundle with Prism would only save me merely $13 a month! And given the overwhelming negative reviews in cities where it operates, I wouldn't go near it. AND BEWARE: CL does not have 24/7 customer support--no evenings, no weekends! How bogus is that? Isn't that when most people watch TV? I'll stick with Direct TV--had it since October 2012 and so far no issues.
