Can't Log-in to Comtrend AR-5381u. Factory passwords don't work.

I am on Centurylink DSL. I have been trying to get my other devices connected to wi-fi on the provided Actiontec Q1000 router. I am not able to log in. Factory 'admin' password doesn't work. Anybody have any ideas?
