[Qwest] service exhausted

This started out in February 2013 when I moved across town to a house that my sister in law lived in previously. Centurylink is the only ISP in town other than Satellite which is expensive. When I went to transfer my service to the place I was moving to where my sister in law had Centurylink before I was told that internet was unavailable. When I called BS on it they told me that it was a service exhaustion. After a year and a half which is plenty of time to add servers to correct such a problem, I still get told the same line. When I talked to one of the technicians in the area, they told me that Centurylink in fasing out residential internet in Brinnon, WA because they are also a Marketing company and are making more money on kick backs from Hughes net to sell expensive satellite internet to people in rural areas. It's no secret that Centurylink makes most of their profits being a 3rd party dealer for cell phone service and satellite TV and internet services. Weather its Direct TV, Verizon wireless, it's a much better deal if you go directly thorough those individual companies. Every time you sign up for service bundles that have service not directly provided by Centurylink they get a big kickback on it and have their own markup on it.
