[CenturyTel] Centurytel Internet has started dropping regularly

We have had Centurytel DSL for over 10 years. As of Friday, the internet started dropping regularly (every few hours). DSL light stays lit but internet light goes out. C1100z modem (our own) was in bridge mode to netgear WNDR3400v3 with Netgear providing authentication. To try and solve, reset C1100z to modem/router and removed Netgear. No improvement. Phone line had gone from wall to UPS where split with one cord to modem and one cord (with filter) to phone. Now from wall to C1100z and using modem phone port to connect phone. No improvement. DSL stats attached. This is after overnight. Was on when we went to bed, off as of morning. Will call Centurytel if I can get insight on what to tell them. Appreciate any help. (Apologies if multiple screenshot uploads. didn't see in preview so repeated steps.)
