So i've been having issues for 6 days now with Centurylink. I have two modems because one was not enough coverage for my house. One is working fine. But last thursday after some thunderstorms, my internet light started flashing red. DSL is solid green. After several chats they gave me 2 different login credentials and one agent asked if I wanted to bridge the connection. I said NO i just want my other modem to work. We were disconnected and a technician was suppose to come on Thursday, but I got a text today saying they had came and "resolved" the issue, but I never saw anyone come. Is there anyone who can help walk me through some steps i can try on my modem login page? They gave me 2 sets of PPP credentials, and ive changed pppoe to ipoe is rdsl2 and all that jazz but it is still not working I just need someone who is more technologically advanced than me to walk me through some steps because centurylink is offering NO help at ALL thank you
