So Tuesday (11/20), there was a known area-wide outage in my area with my home phone and 25mbit bonded DSL were affected. Phone line was completely out for 2 days.
Phone line is fixed now, but my DSL speed is about half what it was on Tuesday of this week before the outage. Was getting the full 23-25 before the outage, now only getting 10-13mbit. My Actiontec C1900A syncs at the correct 25mbit bonded speed. So I'm assuming its something else?? I chatted with Centurylink support, but the issue was well above their ability. Any suggestions on how to get help?
