Hello all. Last month, CL contractors pulled fiber down my highway. I stopped and talked to the workers, who were very friendly and happy to share what they knew. They told me it was indeed fiber and showed me the route it took down the country roads.
The work is complete, and the workers are gone. So my question is....now what?
Calling customer service didn’t get me anywhere, they still show my max available speed as 4mbps.
What is CL’s next step, any guesses? I’ve been 11 years with the same 4mbps speed and maybe getting a little restless.
