My home is in an older community in unincorporated Douglas County, CO. Fiber optic cable has been laid for all the new home construction surrounding us but we’re still on the lowest broadband speed...slightly better than dial-up. A CenturyLink repair tech who came to our home told us that the fiber optic cable is right across the street from the box containing our community’s hookups and just needs to be connected to enable us to have high speed internet. I’ve repeatedly requested this but nothing has been done.. Anyone know what I can do to get this accomplished?
