Anyone else have billing issues?

Has anyone else experienced this? You call in because your promo is about to expire - They say, oh ok, we can get you x amount for 12 months. The first couple of months go by and your bill goes up, just a little. Then it goes up a little more... and a little more .. until your still within your 12 month period, but your bill isn't 52.99 a month but 80? When you ask about it they say, oh, it's because your 10.00 a month credit went away... Umm that math doesn't add up. Plus emailing them, you get no response... Anyone else have this problem?
