I am supposed to have a 20m down and .8m up service, I have a C1000Z router. Service is hit or miss. It fluctuates constantly, when using speedtest.com I will get 20m down one time and then immediately get a 5m and sometimes it just stalls. Uploads rarely get to .8m. They are usually like .2m. Sometimes our TVs will stream internet shows and sometimes they wont. Out home automation works some times and not others. I have called tech support and got someone fresh out of high school telling me nothing was wrong and I could pay them to have a tech come out and check. I don't think I should pay them to diagnose this problem. How do I get help with this?
