I have servers with OVH, the hosting company and I know many other big services/games that are hosted on their network constantly have connection issues only with CenturyLink. But as of today, the routing was changed to route through Level3. It goes through L3 Dallas -> L3 Chicago now and I'm even getting packet loss to Level3's vlan servers. The packet loss is over 15% constantly and the ping is over 110 to both Level3 vlan and OVH. But before the routing was changed, it was still bad with 85-100 ping and 3-5% packet loss. I hope they fix this because OVH hosts many many online services that need decent connections to function correctly.
No, it's not just my internet, it's every CenturyLink client.
