What is wrong with Centurylink

I have been a customer for several years with no problems,until recently. On July 7 I called tech support about a problem I was having,whenever it would rain heavily I would lose my internet connection. After a few hours it would come back to normal speed. I was told that they would send someone out on July 10 between 5 and 7 pm,and no one showed up.I wrote them an email about it and they said they would get someone on it asap.On July 14 a technician showed up while I was at work and no one was at home around 10:30 am and by 12:30 pm my repair ticket was closed indicating it was fixed.I arrived home to find that I had no internet whatsoever.I called tech support and they said the earliest they could have someone out was July 21 between 3:55 pm and 5 pm,no one showed up. I have sent them emails and have talked to tech support.They have said that they have paged and left messages for the supposed technician assigned to fix my problem,but no one has shown up no one has contacted me,I haven't received any follow up emails.I have been without the internet for 2 weeks and it doesn't look like it is going to change anytime soon. All I want them to do is to fix the mess that they made.And I find it hard to believe that they can't get in touch with this so called "technician" that is assigned to fix my problem.If they can't get in touch with this person why don't they get someone else to do it. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
