When can I get CenturyLink 40Mb/s DSL

I live at [Removed]Kent, WA 98031. I can't get the 40Mb/s CenturyLink DSL. When will I be able to get 40Mb/s CenturyLink DSL??? [Street address removed for privacy. /sashwa]
