C1000z assigning wrong gateway/subnet

Recently I have had an issue with all my wireless/wired devices. Modem gateway ip is 192.168.0.1, my devices keep getting assigned a gateway of 192.168.1.1, and therefore are on a different subnet and thus get no internet. My setup is wired and wireless. Modem is in laundry room wired to a 110 block and then at the jacks it goes into a switch (not router) on two of the jacks to split it out. This has worked fine for months but just the other day this new problem has crept up. My band aid solution is to assign static ips to each of my devices to force the right gateway. This seems to work, except android devices seem to lose connection randomly. Short of a factory reset on the modem, any reason it's doing this and anything I should try?
