Hello, for months now I've not been able to watch any stream on this website without it buffering every 10 seconds on any quality setting. The only way I can watch a stream is by using a proxy (using ZenMate chrome addon to make it work). I can watch youtube videos on 1080p just fine.
I've tried seeking help on the twitch forums but can't get any.
my speed is 15 mbps
Using net limiter program it shows this between using proxy and no proxy
