I have recently noticed my upload speed halved again and am hard pressed to get 300Kbps on SpeedTest. On phone with tech this AM and was told my location (Hunterdon County) was under a Bandwidth Capacity limitation and it would not be fixed until March. I have also noticed that CenturyLink marketing no longer lists an upload speed. Formerly I easily had 600Kbps upload. Anybody know what is going on?
