Bonded DSL & POTS NID Splitter Help

So I have Bonded DSL with CenturyLink, running over 2 pairs, Blue/BlueWhite and Orange/OrangeWhite. I only intend on using one jack with an RJ-11 connection. As it is currently, the DSL works fine, Both pairs sync well and the SNR/Atten are within range. No problems there. I have this setup through CTL as PBBR (Pure Broadband) so, virtually I have no POTS service, but I am transitioning to be work at home and will need a dial tone to access a phone bridge. I am informed by CTL, and have it on good authority, that I should be able to use my existing account to access this bridge as with PBBR there only exists an inbound call block and since I will only ever be using the phone to make an outbound call, nothing needs to be changed service-wise. However, I need help wiring this. I can hear dial tone if I connect a telephone directly to the jack, but either the Bonded DSL or faulty RG won't allow the dial tone to passthrough the RG (plugging the phone into the Telephone ports on the RG yields silence). The jack is wired this way: Bl/BlWh ---> RG (Inner Pair) Or/OrWh ---> BY (Outer Pair) Gr/GrWh ---> Unused It's my understanding that Bonded DSL uses both pairs for the DSL, so where does the dial tone come from? Is the dial tone just routed through the inner pair and reserved for the lower frequnecies? I do not want to use a dual filter on the jack itself, if that's even possible. I'd prefer to split the POTS signal from the Bonded DSL at the NID, if I can. My thinking is that I can rewire at the NID and have the unused Green/GreenWhite pair to terminate POTS, install a dual RJ-11 wall plate and terminate the Gr/GrWh to one jack, connect to phone, then terminate the Bl/BlWh and Or/OrWh to the other jack the same way they currently are. Will this work? Will I need any additional hardware besides the new wall plate? As of yet, I have not opened my NID to see what that looks like, but will absolutely post again once I get some helpful feedback. Thanks! =)
