This is a first. Recently received a letter from CTL stating that I'm using less data than most customers on my same plan, and suggesting that I call to be DOWNGRADED to a lower speed package. I've heard of nastygrams for going over data caps, but never the opposite. Has anyone else received one of these letters?
I'm on the 40/20 plan, and just happened to be out of town for three weeks last month, which is what likely prompted the abnormally low data usage.
