I'm looking at buying a house in the next few months, and looking at the options where i'm looking to buy 40/20 is available (i currently have 40/5 over pair-bonded)
I currently have Satellite, but would not be opposed to using Prism after using it at a friends house the other day, my only hangup is I do not want to go below 40Mbps as we have a lot of connected devices and two of us in the house do a lot of heavy downloading generally at the same time.
My question is, will century link let me do either 40/20 and prism on a separate line coming in, or just do an 80/40 pair-bonded line, with 60/30 being available for the home internet, and dedicate 20Mbps to Prism so we will be able to do 4HD streams?
I know it's "technically" possible to do this, but i am just curious if anyone has gotten CenturyLink to actually do it?
I refuse to go back to Cable, as Cox's network leaves something to be desired here in Phoenix, and my CenturyLink VDSL2 has been fairly reliable after finally getting a C2000T from them, so i'd like to stay with them if possible.
