Currently I have cable internet with Cox with 150 mb/ps service. But I'm probably going to be moving a little bit further out of town and the area I am moving to does not have cable. As far as I can see it only has Century Link DSL. I've never had DSL before so I'm wondering what to expect.
As I said, I currently have 150 mb/ps but the new place shows only 30 mb/ps service available in that area.
1. Is 30 mb/ps fast enough to stream TV in HD?
2. How about streaming in 4K?
3. Cox gives 1,000 GB of bandwidth per month which is more that I ever use. How much does DSL give? Similar?
4. Is 30 mb/ps fast enough for the average user? Will I notice much difference?
5. Anything else I should know, coming from cable to DSL?
Thanks
