Yesterday we experienced the longest outage since we joined CL two years ago, and it took me a while to realize this Service Troubleshooter existed but it confirmed we had a problem in our area.
When it confirmed that the Test Result was Known Outage Found it said in Next Steps to "simply provide the necessary info" and "we'll contact you". But then there is no button or link or text entry box or anything to actually do that!? Tried both Firefox and IE11 browsers but nothing, no way to enter a telno or SMS or email anywhere that I could see.
Can anyone confirm that this is broken, or might this particular glitch be on me?
