Friend of mine in Phoenix is having service set up at her house she's moving into this weekend - the house apparently had fiber service prior - ONT is on the wall - fiber is running from the pole - CL says they need to send someone out to "set up the speeds"?? This doesn't sound right to me. Sounds like $99 for nothing. Am I wrong?
