[Qwest] Screenshots - C1100Z - slow upload speed - How to improve?

I've been on CL for a couple of years now, no real problems. The modem is reliable. I've always used it as the combined modem and router. My home network is a couple of ethernet PC's and 5 wireless devices. I live rural. CenturyLink does not offer true high speed DSL out here. We are quite remote, 30 miles from the nearest town. I need to call CL tomorrow and ask what speeds I should be getting. The C1100Z says I'm getting 23Mbps down and 0.6 up, but other test sites say it's more like 17 and 0.5 Mbps on average. Honestly, I can live with 17 down. I wouldn't mind getting a little faster, but 17 is livable. My upload speed is just too slow. We started doing some limited videoconferencing lately, and it is sometimes sketchy. Most sources say you need a consistent 1Mbps or faster upstream rate to maintain decent VC. I do have QoS enabled on the modem to prioritize voip traffic. I attached screenshots from my modem admin pages. Can the experts here see anything that stands out, such as SNR, Attenuation, Power, Channel Type, CRC errors, FEC Corrections, etc? Any tips for getting faster up speeds on CenturyLink? Thanks!
