I live in North Portland (in the Overlook neighborhood) and until very recently the best CL could offer was DSL at 3 Mbps down, I kid you not. Starting a couple of years ago I'd see their trucks installing fiber lines around the neighborhood, though, and a couple of weeks ago I got a thing hung on my storm door saying CL fiber internet is now available in my neighborhood. It's somewhat academic for now since I'm in a contract with Comcast/Xfinity, but I want to know if it's reliable, how expensive it is, whether there are unreasonable bandwidth caps, etc. Also whether their billing department is a pain to work with.
