I was checking the CL website for speeds available to me, sometimes it would show 40mbps and sometimes it would show only 12mbps. So i started checking other houses and the houses that back to my house show they had fiber available with 1 gig speeds.
So i did chat support to see if they could see if there were any plans to expand fiber to my house. the sale rep said according to their system my address was available for ordering on prem fiber with speeds up to 1 gig! So i went ahead and setup the install for next tuesday morning.
anyone know what my chances are that their system was right and the tech will get there and be able to install it? Or am i looking at the tech showing up and saying the system was wrong?
