Recently, these three modems have had firmware upgrades pushed to them. Most of them have been fine, but there have been a number of them that are getting stuck in a firmware upgrade loop. This will cause a Train and auth but can't browse. What I've been doing that's working, is a fac reset, push new firmware via the file, then fac reset again. (of course make sure you have your PPPoE username and password or that the modem is associated in ACS). This will clear the firmware upgrade loop I've been seeing.
