I am going to call CenturyLink Monday to cancel my service, and I realize I will have to return my modem. I still have the box the modem came in, but I do not have a pre-paid return label for it. Could I ask CenturyLink to send me a return label? If they won't send a return label, could I send the modem via the post office (the nearest UPS location is 20 miles away)? TIA
