My DSL was just down for 3 days and the time before that it was down for 5 days. I've tried chatting with C/L online and on Facebook to get them to repair it but they couldn't do anything so I emailed them but they said I'd have to call in so I tried calling and they said "NO" so I went up to the CO and knocked on the door and when someone came out I asked him for help so he tried calling them and they said it was the wrong dept. and would have to transfer him then immediately hung up, same as they do to us lowly customers!
The only way I've ever been able to get anything fixed was to contact Consumer Advocate Jeff Marlowe in the Denver office who would send repair crews out the very next day but he didn't respond this time and I found that he passed away in 2017 and was not replaced! It seems there is Nobody to contact for repairs now! Any suggestions?
