I've noticed my Overwatch pings went from 20ms to 90ms about a month ago. I think there is something wrong with AT&T and level3 routing
Anything going through level3 is dog slow. Here is the looking glass from Blizzard. Why is blizzard getting routed from Chicago to Atlanta and back?
