I finally figured out how to return the leased CenturyLink router. I previously tried going to the CenturyLink office but they said I should call a special 800 number to have them mail a shipping label to me. So I did that as well as go to the website and find a link that showed they would mail a shipping label to me. About a week passed and still no mailed label in the mail so I find another link on their website that allows label to be printed out via printer so I do that and take box to UPS store to mail. I made copies of everything and have receipt.
Now it loooks like today CenturyLink will get the package. What do I do after, immediately call them and ask for a credit after a day or so? I'm not cancelling, I just don't want to rent equipment from them.
