[Prism TV] Unhappy with centurylink

When century link came out to set up my tv internet system, they changed my modem without asking, requiring me to reconfigure my computer network. After set up, TV and box did not work with remote, centurylink charged me for a new remote (charge removed after several hours on the phone). TV system still experienced multiple freezes, internet repeatedly crahed After speaking with more than 19 representatives and multiple technician visits in the first month, I gave up calling. Kids hated it, but I did not wish to reverse the system set up. 9 months later, it has only gotten worse, TV freezes multiple times each day. Internet flickers on and off. Centurylink refuses to let me out of contract without penalty. Says that I have not shown evidence of continuing problem. This is after more than 31 phone contacts, and more than 6 technician visits in 9 mo's. Not only a poorly funtioning system, but the worst customer service I have dealt with since United Airlines went bankrupt.
