I've just gotten bonded pair VDSL+ and my speeds have gone from 14/1 (single line) to 12/2. When making the "upgrade" arrangements, I was told that the 20/2 that I had been offered a couple of months ago was no longer available. Attenuation figures indicate that both lines are good to 12 so this would seem to be some kind of soft limitation by CL. When I put my address into the CL Business website, I see that 20/2 IS available to me.
Any suggestions on how to work the CL system to get the speeds that were originally offered? Chat, phone, email? What is the best channel? Thanks for sharing your wisdom.
