For the past few days any message that is sent from my embarqmail address to the same address or from any of my other email addresses falls into a black hole somewhere on the embarqmail servers. For instance

The message above sent from the command line shows being sent however it's apparently not making it to the email server because it doesn't show up on my webmail page. Sometimes a message does make it back to me only hours later. The below is the header output from a scheduled cronjob that was sent at 6am this morning only to be received this afternoon hours later

I can send from embarqmail -> gmail with no problem however if I send a message from gmail -> embarqmail it never arrives nor does it show up on my embarqmail webmail page.
Some additional information. I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.3LTS. Cronjob messages are processed using Postfix 3.1.0, test messages from the command line are sent using mailx V14.8.6. My mailer is Evolution 3.18.5.2-0ubuntu3.2. I use Fetchmail 6.4.0.beta2 to poll the embarqmail server for mail.
I've already gone into chat with Centurylink tech support and they were unable to help or provide a reason why this is happening. They suggested I call Consumer Care however without being able to show examples such as above a phone call would not seem to help.
