New fee added without consent and changes made without consent

Non-Published Non Listed Res 6.00 a month fee added last month on bills. This is the worst company on the face of the earth for products, services and support. You have to spend days with them to get anything marginally resolved. Yesterday early morning I was on the chat with them inquiring on why this month's bill suddenly went up $20. In the middle of "one moment sir while I take a look...", the internet went dead for two days (back only an hour ago). The person apparently instead of focusing on what she was doing screw up my service causing the outage as she was trying to sell me DirectTV and other crap like @ease etc. I don't know how to have been clearer that I just want my dry-line DSL at the price that it is worth. They want to charge me $60/month for 3 Mbps (are they a**sholes?). Being at the edge of a rural area, these idiots are the only option I have at the moment but if this keeps up and now with this added $6/month just slapped in there I may just jump to a wireless broadband and hope for the best. I really hate this Centurylink. Even all these service techs around here hate them. Go figure.
