My house is about 5mi driving distance from what I believe to be a Centurylink CO in Earlham, IA. Just running addresses through their online availability checker I found that it ends about 5 houses away from us, ~1 mile from my house.
Is there anyone at Centurylink I can talk to about doing anything to extend service out to us? At this point we're even willing to buy or help buy equipment like loop extenders or mini dslam or even some type of business account that isn't necessarily DSL. But calling regular customer service or tier is not going to help. Suggestions?
