This began around 5 PM here in southern Johnson County KS. DSL was out for a good hour. After it came back, the connection is a roller coaster of being next to unusable. Checked everything on the LAN, no issues. Packet loss is insane, latency is all over the place.

Hop #2 & 3 are simply dropping traffic every minute for about 10 seconds then goes back to normal.
DSL line shows minimal issues (that is if you consider 100,000 FEC's over 60+ days of uptime and sync normal on non-interleave mode). No Desync's, no conflicts, none of that. When things work, pings, jitter and packet loss are where they should be.

This has made watching youtube and countless other web services unusable right now. Speeds of the line of 10mbps aren't even making it to 10mbps download, more or less capping out at 4mbps.
Anyone else out of the KC area having these issues as well?
