Residential or Business signup

Ladies and gents, I am looking at a property that qualifies up to 40MBPS on residential, and 80 for business. CTL claims that 20/5,40/5,60/5, and 80/10 are the available business tiers. FYI, im in a former EMBARQ market (central FL). Residential options are 3,10,20,25, and 40. They claim that the 25 package is a bonded ADSL2+ 25/2 tier, but i know for a fact they are not offering bonded VDSL2 on residential thanks to a tech confirmation so im assuming the 40 will be 40/5 via VDSL2 single pair. It seems like the highest upload tier is 5MBPS, except for the 80/10 or 100/12 (when available). This property is in the sticks, so im afraid that if i order the 40/5 single pair on residential (even tho im about 750 walking feet from the dslam) that i will end up with sub-par service due to a low quality pair, or that the tech will even end up telling me i have to step all the way down to 25 bonded. I can deal with the 40/5 business pricing. But, my questions are, if i get lucky enough to get a forsay super clean 12a single pair that could be over provisioned to 50/20, could the tech even process that so i actually get the speed? Or will i be non negotiably capped at 5mb up due to the market im in? I just feel an order for business service, being that this is a new property, may give them more push to do a quality job on a new BSW, pair selection and overall install. Ofcourse, if the single pair option fails, they could also fallback on bonding two 20/2.5's together to get me 40/5.. so residential or business order? Any opinions appreciated.
