[Prism TV] Finally Taking the C'Link Plunge

So...yesterday, after getting a phenomenal deal from the Chat sales rep, I'll finally be getting C'link service next Saturday, 10/29. Since I moved into my apartment 3 months ago in Seattle, I've had a local gigabit fiber ISP Cascadelink. Realizing I'm barely taking advantage of the speed due to older equipment, and the fact I'm kinda missing having TV, I signed up for Net and Prism TV. The rep clarified I'd be getting 100/10 pair-bonded VDSL service - and offered it for $50/mo for a year w/ a free modem & free install, and I'm getting Prism Preferred (next to the top package) with free HD, and free DVR for $70/mo. So, $120 total for a year, and she threw in a $100 VISA card. The savings were pretty substantial around $500... Curious if anyone else in the Seattle area can chime in on their experience with this service, as they haven't made it to Capitol Hill yet with fiber. The only thing I'm leary of is going from a gigabit service to one w/ only 10MB upload. The 100 down will be more than sufficient - and I also realize I'm going to lose my insane low latency... (currently 3ms out to Facebook and others). Also wondering if they've addressed the Netflix issues that were happening a few months ago??? I've only watched the PRISM service about a year ago, and the PQ was fairly good...so not sure if they've made improvements since to the guide or offerings.
