For August/September I've been happy with my Bonded connection. But arriving home last night I noticed the internet was down. Power Cyceled the Modelm. Connection Speed as reported on the C2000T was at
DSL1: 1700/600
DSL2: 5500/600
Both connections are usually at 5500/600.
Chatted with CL. Then rebooted again.
DSL1: 3400/600
DSL2: 5500/600
Accepted it for the time being since their Online Chat doesn't resume upon power cycling...
Today arrived home and noticed slow again. Looked at the modem
DSL1: 2200/600
DSL2: 5500/600
Noticed a few glaring issues that stood out to me (Non CL Tech)
DSL1 Loop Length : 11064 Feet
DSL2 Loop Length: 9360 Feet
Retrains in Last 24 Hours
DSL1: 7
DSL2: 3

Live support has been anything but impressive thus far. I keep getting the "Power Cycle" any suggestions welcome etc....
Cheers!
