Hi. Long time Centurylink DSL customer.
We currently have the Actiontec C1000 that Centurylink is suggesting we replace due to it's age and intermitent issues. Last night, tech support mentioned the C1100Z which I think is manufactered by ZyXEL. CenturyLink said we can get it at Best Buy. However, the only model I see on BestBuy.com is the same C1000. I can't even find a C1100Z on ZyXEL website unless the model number used by them is different than what Centurylink markets it as.
Any assistance would be great. I just want to make sure I pick up the correct one.
