[Qwest] Aurora, CO - More down than up.

I just switched to CL 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine until Friday night, when I lost internet connectivity. It was down for 14 hours. Every night since then it has gone down some time in the evening, only to be restored late-morning the next day. I do believe I've experienced more down than up over the weekend & Monday, and I'm assuming it's going to happen again tonight (in which case I'll be getting a refund). Unavoidable major backbone maintenance done in 12-hour chunks? I don't know. Maybe the engineers don't work nights/overtime and thus don't bother rebooting a server or two until they get to work in the morning at whatever hub my junk goes through. I have not contacted technical support yet, because I already know how to power-cycle my modem, and I am aware of more technically advanced power-cycle techniques (such as leaving the cord unplugged for a massive 30 seconds as opposed to 10 seconds. I'm pretty savvy). Has anyone else been experiencing this?
