Currently have 20/5. They were suppose to up me on friday to 40 but all my tests haven't broke 20. At night im only getting 1-3/.5-1. Modem or service? I bought my modem from Best Buy but want the best one. Centurylink has been terrible from day 1 with customer service... i mean terrible but i have a great rate
