Advice on cancelling my CL DTV Bundle

A month ago a CL sales rep came by my house offering me better service and lower cost than my cable provider I quickly signed up. Well a month has past and I've decided to cancel. I agreed to pay a certain amount for 10mbps (as indicated on my copy of the contract), but as the "customer care" rep has made so clear, 10mbps is not an option in my area (although 15mbps is) and the 5mbps that various speed tests are reading is acceptable (he said anything over 4mbps was acceptable). After being passed around different reps for over an hour and a half trying to get the speed listed on my copy of the contract, I was told I'd have to pay more. So I cancelled. Now my pickle is that Direct TV wants to charge me $400 to disconnect my TV service. Does anyone have any experience with what I need to do/who I need to speak to get this issue resolved? P.S- If any Century Link reps read this and are willing to get me the speed that my signed contract says, I'm open to listen. Although the very poor customer care that has been demonstrated so far is going to make me thing twice this time.
