I'm posting this on behalf of my parents. Their Centurylink connection has been slow the past few days, so I fired up Smokeping and was intrigued by the results.

Note the high packet loss - and how quickly it starts and stops randomly. I've attached their line stats. We've gone through the reboot modem, reboot router rigmarole already and the problem persists. What should we do next?
