I'm on paperless billing, and have been since I first started service with CenturyLink over 2 years ago. Never had any problems with it. I got the email that my bill was ready and paid it online like I usually do - no problems. I go to download the PDF of the bill, and it's not showing anywhere at all for download. The newest bill available for download is March 23, 2015. Every bill prior to that (back to April 23, 2014) is also available. I've never had the PDF of my bill not be available for download before. Is this happening to anyone else with their latest bill? I need to download it because my employer reimburses me for my internet, and they won't reimburse me if I don't have the PDF to send to them. I've been looking for it every day since I got the email (so about a week now). Normally it's there as soon as I get the email. :huh:
