[CenturyTel] Frequent Disconnects with CenturyLink

A while back (almost a month ago) my DSL provided by CenturyLink has started to cut out a lot for a few seconds each time then comes back. I think I've done everything I can on my end to try and remedy it, so now I've come here to see if there is anything I've missed. My modem is the pk5001z (previously the Westell 7500 and swapped it when I thought it was the router's fault). I have it plugged into the wall with no filter and I do not use a telephone. I make use of the wireless and Ethernet connectivity, both drop out when the internet goes dead. None of the lights on the router change and I can access the router's homepage when the internet cuts out. Nothing comes up as disconnected. Firmware is up to date. I've tried: DMZ Hosting Turning off WPS Turning off Wireless altogether Disconnecting everything from the modem except a single connection Setting my computer to have a static IP Still haven't been able to get the disconnects to stop. I've called in and I've been told about "bandwidth exhaust", but I highly doubt that it is happening at 1am and causing my connection to completely cut out instead of causing slow speeds. Had someone come out and he didn't find anything wrong with the lines at the road, but did disconnect old wiring relating to my alarm system when it used to use the phone lines (now it plugs into the modem). That did not fix anything either. Is there anything left to try/check? I can post anything requested if it would lead to a possible answer. I've lurked through many threads similar to this but nothing useful has turned up. MTR from Blizzard's Looking Glass (if it helps) jsHOST: Blizzard Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev 1.
