I'm a new Centurylink customer and have the Technicolor c2000t with ADSL2+ bonded service. My issue is that I can not get my nat open on all my gaming consoles at the same time. I have two xbox ones and two xbox 360's.
I have a netgear router that all my nats are open but I can not get the modem in bridge mode. This link does not work http://internethelp.centurylink.com/internethelp/modem-c2000t-adv-bridging-ctl.html
I follow those steps and can not get my router to connect to the modem. I select pppoe and enter my user name and password with centurylink but it will not connect to the internet.
Without open nats this service is useless. I have two of each because me and my son both play.
I called centurylink tech support but they tell me there not trained to do this. I have disabled the firewall on the Technicolor but my nat is still closed. If you use the forward app program it will open the nat on one console but not both.
If I can resolve this I'll have to stick with my crappy cable company. I can't be the only one with this issue, hoping someone here can help me, thanks.
