I live in a rural area. Only a 1.5mb/.256 speed is available to this house with no other internet options other than satellite.
That is the same speed the last 10 years, i call a couple times a year and they always so no upgrades. doesnt suprise me as the population around me hasnt changed much, lots of farmers.
I get good speeds but with a housefull of phones tablets and laptops its hard to use the internet with everyone elses devices.
I was wondering if another DSL account/modem is possible. I imagine another phone line would be needed although i dont know that ones exist in this house... the house itself is 10 years old.
