I work in IT at a hospital and am in charge of the phone system. I tried for months to order services through CenturyLink we have DSS now but I can never get a hold of my account reps. I have a sheet on my wall with 7 different people that is a few months old I cannot ever get a hold of anyone on that account manager sheet.
We cannot get PRI services only DSS or SIP I wanted to buy SIP trunks for the hospital to get caller ID in and out.
