I had no complaints about Centurylink services until 2.5 years ago when I went to transfer my DSL service and add land line service since I have weak cell signal at my new house.
When I went to transfer my service is when all the trouble began. I was and still continue to be lied to about availability. I'm not stupid. I worked for Verizon for 3 years. My entire town runs on one service hub and has experienced no population increase or new home construction to account for a "SERVICE EXHAUST"
Even at that, a service exhaust is a service failure. My house had a DSL line active up until the day I moved into it. If it was feasible to provide DSL before the merge with Qwest, then its feasible now.
I hate being lied to and attempts to market services not physically provided by Centurylink do not solve the problem at hand. It's just a common tactic to evade the problem at hand.
Service Exhaust is SERVICE FAILURE.
2+ years is inexcusable.
